Adult Pottery Wheel I: 7 weeks Mondays 6:00-8:30PM
Summer: 7/6/26- 8/17/26 Inst: Liz Naatz
Level: Beginner
Learn the basics of throwing on a potter’s wheel in a fun and friendly atmosphere. No previous clay or art experience necessary. Class size is limited to ensure personal attention. All supplies are included. Students are encouraged to practice outside of class during open hours. Class can be taken multiple times.
Clay is an excellent stress reliever – come and get your hands messy!
Special Notes
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
- Trim nails short and leave rings/watches at home
- Free Parking in back
- 12 person maximum (wait-list is available for additional people)

Liz Naatz

Liz Naatz is a ceramic artist and instructor who finds joy in the tactile, meditative process of working with clay. Her work often explores organic forms, gentle textures, and the interplay between softness and structure. As a teacher, Liz strives to create an encouraging, down-to-earth classroom environment where students can explore, make mistakes, and discover their own rhythm at the wheel.
