The Art of Mosaic: 5 weeks Mondays 6pm-8:30

Level: Beginner-Intermediate

This class is a fantastic opportunity to learn from not only a highly respected local artist but a master in art of mosaics. Learn the different terms and techniques that go into creating a one of a kind mosaic piece that you can call your own. Class will start by creating a base out of a clay slab that will eventually incorporate different materials such as tile, glass, stone, etc. Almost anything can be used to create a unique art piece. A true statement piece that will leave your friends and family in awe!

Special Notes

• Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
• Students will need to have a pair of dish-washing gloves or disposable gloves for grouting
• A neutral grey grout will be provided. If desired students can purchase a grout from a hardware store in a color of their choice. Discuss your options with instructor before shopping.
•  Free 4 hour Parking in back
• 8 person maximum (wait-list is available for additional people)
